To all the brave-hearted women who attended my Soul on Fire retreat this weekend, and to all of the courageous women who are diving deep in their own lives… I salute you. It was such an honor to guide you on this inner-journey, to heal and transform, to align deeply within yourself and step into a higher vision for your life… My heart is so full of gratitude and I am in awe of all of you! Saying yes to this work is not the easy way out.

This path is not for everyone.

Not everyone is ready to re-examine the stories they tell, take responsibility for their emotional content and get honest with themselves about how the stories they tell might be the very thing standing in the way of the life, business and relationships they desire. We can be fiercely attached to our stories, so much so that putting them into question feels very unsafe. Our stories have been keeping us safe and helping us to make sense of everything that has happened in our lives. All of our stories can either empower or disempower us, and when they disempower and limit us, there is still an opportunity for growth, healing and miracles.

There is always an opportunity.

You have to be willing to receive the gift waiting on the other side of diving deeper, and uncovering that deeper truth within yourself. It is not easy to take that level of responsibility for your life, but it is extremely empowering.

A miracle is a shift in perspective.

A shift in the way we see something, a re-examining of our beliefs and uncovering of the fears that are getting in the way. Shifting from fear and separation, to love and connection.

If we want to see a better world, a more compassionate, loving, kind world, then we have to be willing to heal our own hearts, releasing and forgiving our past, taking with us empowering lessons, nuggets of wisdom and deeper insight. We have to be willing to heal the separation we see, no more “us and them” just us, one race, the human race. We have to become a part of the solution, and not continue to feed the problem by giving it our attention.

If you want to become a part of a solution-orientated world where live in harmony with each other, then start diving deep and be a part of this highly impactful work. If you are curious about the deep work I do 1:1 go to: www.mindbodybeing.com
