Soul on Fire Resources 

Dear Soul on Fire Tribe, 

Thank you so much for your courage, trust and beautiful presence at the February Soul on Fire Workshop. 

I know it is not always easy to face deeper truths within ourselves, to heal and let-go. Thank you for showing up in the way that you did... This is just the beginning and I can promise you that life will never be the same when you stay on this path. It just keeps getting richer and more beautiful the deeper you dive and the more aligned you stay with this soul path... a path of love, light and truth. 

And I want to take you even deeper, so that you can keep rising even higher... I want to provide you with even more tools to live empowered, purposeful and free. As I mentioned develop different retreat levels that will be designed to keep advancing your training on this path of self-realization and awakening. So stay tuned for the launch of those retreats starting in January 2017!

Leek, Zucchini, Pear, Thyme Soup: 
Sauté 1 leek in (pastured) butter or coconut oil until it softens
Cut 3-4 zucchini into chunks and add to sauté with leek 
Cut 2 pear into chunks (remove stem and seeds), add to pot, stir in
Add fresh thyme from approximately 4 sprigs (or 1-2 t. dried)
Add chicken or veggie broth to cover zucchini and pear 
Cover and let simmer for approximately 15 minutes
Blend together and enjoy :) 

Roasted Root Veggie Salad:
Cut a mixture of root veggies such as carrots, squash, yam, beet, parsnip. Add onion and garlic to your liking. I also love to add red crunchy apple into this mix! When all veggies are cut, put in a large bowl and mix with olive oil, himalayan salt and thyme. Spread out onto a baking sheet, bake at 425' for approximately 30 minutes. 
Place on top of greens drizzle olive oil and balsamic with herbal salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Watch "The Shadow Effect" with Debbie Ford 

This will help continue the conversation and allow you to understand the bigger impact of doing shadow work. A part of this process is identifying the masks we wear, our walls/resistance to love, how we keep ourselves separate and how our relationships are mirrors, both to that which we deny within ourselves, as well as opportunities for learning lessons and setting healthy boundaries for ourselves. 

There is so much to this inner work and even though we shook things up at the retreat, your real work begins as you enter back into life. Stay in this conversation, do the deep work 1:1 or sign-up next year for my group program. This inner transformation doesn't happen over night. It takes time to uncover more and more of our light as we break through the layers that are blocking it.

​Energy Awareness Tools:


Stay centered and grounded. If you are centered within your spiritual self (instead of your analyzer or ego) you will sense right away when something has moved into your space. If you are fully grounded, you can easily release other people’s energy and emotions down your grounding cord with your intention.

Be in a state of non-resistance. What we resists sticks. If you feel uncomfortable around a certain person or in a group, don’t go into resistance as a way to protect yourself as this will only keep foreign energy stuck in your space. Move into a state of non-resistance by imagining that your body is clear and translucent like clear glass or water. This way, if someone throws some invalidation at you, it will pass right through you.

Own your personal aura space. We each have an energetic aura surrounding our body. If we don’t own this personal space we are vulnerable to foreign energy entering it. Become aware of your aura boundaries (about an arms length away from your body all the way around, above and below) as a way to own your personal space.

Give yourself an energy cleanse. The color gold has a high vibration which is useful for clearing away foreign energy. Imagine a gold shower nozzle at the top of your aura (a few feet above your head) and turn it on, allowing clear gold energy to flow through your aura and body space and release down your grounding. You will immediately feel cleansed and refreshed.

Call back your energy. When we have our energy in our own space there is less room for other’s energy to enter. But as we focus on other people and projects we sometimes spread our energy around. Create an image of a clear gold sun several feet above your head and let it be a magnet, attracting all of your energy back into it (and purifying it in the gold energy). Then bring it down through the top of your aura and into your body space, releasing your energy back into your personal space.
