To give you an idea of what it can look like, here are my personal goals both for the month, long-term and on-going...
My smart, soulful goals for the month of September are:
#1. Walking 35,000 steps per week to slowly increase energy, vitality and stamina post surgery, to start exercising again
#2. Completing my 21-day soft detox which includes no sugars, gluten, dairy, alcohol and red meats. taking supplements to support my bodies detoxification and alkalizing process. And to feel better, get the toxins from surgery out of my system and support my digestive health, with the intention of unblocking my compacted small and large intenstine post surgery.
II also set my top long-term goals:
#1. Complete my Whole Health Education with the National Institute of Whole Health. Completing a miniumum of two modules per month
#2. Paying off my debt that was accumlated after I returned to the US and began launching my business. To pay off big chunks every month and to not invest in any further programs or spending until it's done
My on-going soulful intentions are:
#1. To "show up" where I am called, allowing myself to be guided by Spirit, to tune in and to listen to my inner guide and to stay aligned with my prayer, "How may I Serve?"
#2. To be of service to my clients in the best possible way to faciliate healing and personal growth, and to be a channel of light, love, truth, inspiration, insight, courage, dedication, intuition and devotion.
