The body knows best… so remember to tune into what your innate body wisdom is telling you TODAY. Do you need to cancel that lunch date and go for a brisk walk instead? Does your body need you to breathe consciously once an hour today? Is it calling for movement and activity after work? Does it want you to go to bed at 9.30pm and not watch any TV? Or does your body yearn to simply be in silence for 5 minutes in the middle of your day?…
Tune into body wisdom when making decisions and scheduling nuggets of radical self-care into your day!
