I am all about truth telling in my own life and in my practice. It's not always easy but it is the most courageous and rewarding path you can take, that I can reassure you!
Often times our minds are so busy with all the chatter of our lives and the stories of our past it can be difficult to clear the fog and uncover the truth... I promise you it's in there and oh so worth it! The wisdom you seek is within you. The answers of what to do at any given moment are also there. My role as a coach is to help people lift the fog, see through the stories and uncover the truth.
We are actually hard wired to live our greatest potential and live a life full of love and happiness. It is in our nature... We have just built too many stories on top of that original programming as a result of the pain and suffering we've experienced in our lives. We then unconsciously try to keep ourselves safe from experiencing pain again but the unfortunate result is we end up prolonging situations, jobs and relationships that no longer serve us. Our fear of the unknown and our fear of what might happen or go wrong if start admitting to ourselves our deepest truth keeps us stuck.
Many of my clients are scared of what they might uncover if they start telling themselves the truth. They came to realization that the pain of things staying the same might just outweigh the fear of the unknown. They can't keep lying to themselves. They can't keep denying what is yearning to be expressed and lived in their life. But they need help. They need greater clarity and confidence to move forward and start making tough decisions as they venture into the unknown. And as they embark upon this journey of inner-discovery and awakening, as they become more self-aware and are able to detect an old story, pattern, program or projection, and as they begin integrating daily practices that support them, they more they are able to access the truth that lies within. They find the courage and confidence they need to make decisions that truly are in their highest and best good. They learn to trust and to surrender. They begin to hear the faint whispers of truth growing stronger. They begin to make smart decisions that are aligned with their hearts deepest desires.
We all have access to our truth... We often hear the truth ever so faintly but are terrified at the possible consequences of making difficult decisions that could radically alter the course of our lives if we began to live our truth. I know it sounds scary, but it is so worth it!
...Imagine how different this world would be if we took the journey from our heads to our hearts, if we shifted from fear to love and aligned back to our Core, to the truth of who we are, to our truth... Just imagine how relieved you would be if you could let go of the lies and stop pretending. Imagine loving and honoring yourself enough to live and speak your truth. Imagine how freeing that would be...
Set an intention today to start tuning in, listening and acting upon the guidance you receive. Take time to quiet the chatter. Allow yourself to be supported if you need. Meditate. Pray. Be in the moment. Connect to nature. Get outside. Tune in. Trust. Surrender. Allow.
And if you want a powerful ally to help guide you on this path, find a coach or therapist you resonate with. Check out my website and trust your intuition if we are a good fit. Reach out if you feel called. I'm here for you. I've been there and am living it. I've helped many men and women make this journey. It's possible and the rewards are beautiful... I promise.
I'd love to hear how this shows up for you in your life. Can you relate to this post? Do you find yourself denying your truth for fear of the unknown? Have you over-come your fears and aligned with your truth in the past? And if so, how did you do it?
