Often times we try to change too many things at once, set too many intentions or expect total transformation overnight... Instead of taking action we get overwhelmed and slip into inaction or self-sabotage; we loose motivation and faith in our ability to cultivate Life Enhancing habits or even to stay focused on manifesting our hearts desires...
In my own life I’ve noticed it is best to have things written down and in a place where I can see them. I also need to "hold myself accountable" to take action and to "stay the course and stay committed".
The purpose of this calendar is to focus on your most important habit- emotion-vision you are calling into your life. As an example one of my clients this month is focusing on "release" and has an activity I gave her to do everyday. Each day she completes her "focus" activity she marks that day with a big ole X. And then each activity she does that is self-caring, self-loving, self-nurturing or self-healing she draws a heart for each activity...
In addition the calendar provides an inspiring seed word you can focus each day and additional affirmations at the bottom. You can also write your "core desired feelings" on the top to stay focused on how you really want to FEEL this month and then create your days based around cultivating more of those feelings in your life.
